新塘街位于广州市天河区的东北部,以原国营新塘农工商公司及新塘、凌塘、沐陂3个村为基础建成。2010年9月,新塘、新合公司的城中村改造全面启动,经过不断的实践和努力,取得了实质性进展。然而,由于牵涉面广,涉及群众切身利益多,加上群众对“城中村”改造政策的误解,极易引发信访和群体性事件,其中较突出的易发多发问题是改造中物业租赁纠纷。如何处理好物业租赁纠纷,需要我们认真思考,以推进城改进程。
Xintang Street is located in the northeastern part of Tianhe District, Guangzhou City. It was built on the basis of the former state-owned Xintang Nongshang Commercial Company and the three villages of Xintang, Lingtang and Muyue. In September 2010, Xintang and Xinhe Company’s renovation of the villages in the cities was launched in an all-round way. Through continuous practice and hard work, substantial progress has been made. However, due to the wide range of issues involved in the vital interests of the masses, coupled with the masses’ misunderstanding of the “urban village” reform policy, can easily lead to petitions and mass incidents, the more prominent prone to multiple problems is the transformation of property leasing dispute. How to deal with property lease disputes, we need to seriously think in order to promote the process of urban reform.
