前言在国外,固体火箭发动机无损检测技术一直是非常受重视的。美国六十年代中期相继研究了射线、超声等常规方法,也发展了声发射、微波和红外等新技术,应用于固体发动机的质量控制和产品检验,它的进展相当迅速。1978年以后,由于电子计算机日益普及,X射线实时显象系统和计算机断层成象技术已在大型固体发动机无损检测方面得到实际应用。下面就固体火箭发动机无损检测(NDT)技术进展做一简要综合介绍,着重评述计算机断层成象(CT)技术的发展动向。
Preface In foreign countries, solid rocket motor nondestructive testing technology has been very much valued. The United States in the mid 1960s have studied the conventional methods of radiation, ultrasound, etc., but also developed new technologies, such as acoustic emission, microwave and infrared, used in quality control and product inspection of solid-state engines. The progress has been rather rapid. Since 1978, due to the ever-increasing popularity of electronic computers, X-ray real-time imaging systems and computed tomography techniques have been put to practical use in non-destructive testing of large solid-state engines. Here is a brief overview of the progress of NDT technology for solid rocket motors, focusing on the development trend of computed tomography (CT) technology.
