目的:建立强身颗粒质量的控制方法。方法:采用TLC法对麦冬、五味子进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC-ELSD法测定黄芪甲苷含量,选用Diamonsil C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(48∶52),流速1ml/min;蒸发光散射检测器漂移管温度为51℃,气流量为1.5L/min。结果:TLC检出了麦冬、五味子特征斑点;黄芪甲苷在0.9~9μg范围内线性关系良好;其平均加样回收率为97.52%,RSD为2.01%。结论:本实验方法简单,专属性强,重复性好,可用于强身颗粒的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method of controlling the quality of strong body particles. Methods: Radix Ophiopogonis and Fructus Schisandrae were identified by TLC method. The content of Astragaloside Ⅳ was determined by HPLC-ELSD. Diamonsil C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (48:52) with a flow rate of 1 ml / min. The scattering detector drift tube temperature was 51 ° C and the gas flow was 1.5 L / min. Results: The spots of Ophiopogon japonicus and Schisandra were detected by TLC. The linear relationship was found between 0.9 and 9 μg of Astragaloside IV. The average recovery was 97.52% and the RSD was 2.01%. Conclusion: The experimental method is simple, specific, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Qiang Particles.
