随着生活水平的不断提高,人们越来越关注舌尖上的食品质量安全问题。尤其是近年来食品安全事故频发,使得人们对食品安全的关注度越来越强,对食品安全的监管也提出了新的要求。文章对中国的食品安全监管研究进行了梳理,围绕食品安全监管模式、食品安全监管制度的缺陷与完善以及流通环节食品安全监管制度等方面进行了评述,并提出了中国农产品批发市场食品安全监管的未来研究趋势。
With the continuous improvement of living standards, people pay more and more attention to the quality and safety of food on the tongue. Especially in recent years, frequent food safety accidents make people pay more and more attention to food safety and put forward new requirements on the supervision of food safety. The paper reviews the research on food safety regulation in China, reviews the food safety regulatory model, the defects and perfection of the food safety regulatory system, and the food safety regulatory system in the circulation sector. It also puts forward some suggestions on food safety regulation in China’s agricultural product wholesale market Future research trends.
