本文通过试验研究证明，用球墨铸铁代替４０Ｃｒ制造行星齿轮减速器中的内齿轮和浮动齿套，经适当热处理后，其性能完全可以满足要求。而且经济效益十分显著。
In this paper, experimental studies have shown that the use of ductile iron instead of 40Cr planetary gear reducer in the manufacture of gear and floating gear, after proper heat treatment, its performance can fully meet the requirements. And economic benefits are very significant.
