采用碳纤维复合材料制造天线构件可减轻天线重量,提高天线性能。讨论了研制天线副反射器采用低膨胀合金(殷钢)模具材料的必要性。通过对模具材料的选择、模具结构分析及加工工艺研究,论述了碳纤维复合材料副反射器模具的设计和制造。在制定合理、先进的工艺规程基础上,解决了模具制造过程中殷钢材料切削加工和热处理工艺等工艺技术难题。研制出的碳纤维复合材料天线副反射器模具表面精度达0.028mm(r.m.s.)。
The use of carbon fiber composite antenna components can reduce the antenna weight and improve antenna performance. The necessity of developing low-expansion alloy (Invar) mold material for antenna subreflector is discussed. Through the selection of mold material, mold structure analysis and processing technology, the design and manufacture of carbon fiber composite reflector mold are discussed. On the basis of formulating the reasonable and advanced process rules, it solves the technological problems such as cutting and heat treatment of Invar materials in the mold manufacturing process. Developed carbon fiber composite antenna sub-reflector mold surface accuracy of 0.028mm (r.m.s.).
