在已发表的有关后印象派代表画家凡·高的论文中,多数作者对凡·高的传奇经历、复杂病史、丰富的感情世界等作品外部研究颇为关注而忽略对作品进行内部研究。然而,从绘画本体论角度出发,通过历史学、心理学、文学等路径,阐释凡·高作品中的色彩现象,尤为关键。注重从文本出发,联系画家性格,分析作品色彩,不拘泥于纯技法研究的视域,可以更深入地理解凡·高的绘画创作。
Among the published papers on post-Impressionist painter Van Gogh, most of the writers paid much attention to the external research of Van Gogh’s legendary experiences, complicated medical histories, and rich world of emotions, while neglecting to conduct internal research on his works. However, from the perspective of ontology of painting, it is especially crucial to explain the color phenomenon in Van Gogh’s works through the path of history, psychology and literature. Focusing on texts, contacting the artist’s character and analyzing the color of his works, he does not rigidly adhere to the visual field of purely technical research, so as to understand Van Gogh’s paintings more deeply.
