Linell Davis 是南京大学的外国专家,在中国执教已多年。Linell Davis 在这多年旅居中国的生涯里,凭着一腔对东方文化的兴趣,著书立说比较中国与美国这两个民族在宏观文化统照之下,其微观文化的巨大差异。他通过大量详实的材料佐证了其多年来对中国微观文化的感悟与思索,包括观念、思维、习俗、人际交往等方面。以下这篇文章选自外研社即将出版的Doing Culture,谈美国人与中国人对友谊的不同看法。
Linell Davis is a foreign expert at Nanjing University and has been teaching in China for many years. Linell Davis has lived in China for many years in this career, with a cavity of interest in oriental culture, writing a book to compare the two peoples of China and the United States under the macroscopic culture, the huge differences in their micro-culture.
