目的:探讨和分析在县级医院妇产科管理中应用细节管理的效果及价值。方法:选取2012年1月-2013年12月在我院妇产科住院的患者86例为研究对象,随机分成两组,对照组行常规妇科产管理,观察组实施细节管理,观察和对比两组患者对医院服务的满意程度及管理质量评分的差异性。结果:观察组医疗服务满意度及服务质量评分均明显高于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在县级医院妇产科应用细节管理,能明显提升医院服务质量,提升患者对医院服务的满意度,这对降低医疗纠纷,保障医疗安全,提升医院的正面形象有积极的意义。
Objective: To explore and analyze the effect and value of application detail management in obstetrics and gynecology management in county hospitals. Methods: Totally 86 patients hospitalized in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine gynecological product management, observation group implementation details management, observation and comparison The satisfaction of hospital patients with group patients and the difference of management quality score. Results: The scores of satisfaction and quality of service in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of details management in obstetrics and gynecology in county hospitals can significantly improve the quality of hospital services and enhance patient satisfaction with hospital services. This is of positive significance in reducing medical disputes, ensuring medical safety and enhancing the positive image of hospitals.
