黄精口服液对剧烈运动小鼠氧自由基代谢及肌酸激酶影响

为探讨黄精口服液增强运动能力和抗疲劳功效,小鼠被给不同剂量黄精口服液(0.2,0.4ml/只·日,灌胃给药4周,西洋参口服液和水(0.2ml/只·日分别为阳性、阴性对照,游泳90分钟后处死。结果:(1)与阴性对照组相比,黄精口服液显著降低心、肝脂质过氧化物(LPO)生成,增加超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH一Px)活力以及血SOD活力,而且呈剂量依赖性。(2)与阳性对照组相比,黄精口服液抑制心肝LPO生成能力明显增加,也呈剂量依赖性,而小剂量组心肝SOD、GSH一Px及血SOD活力与阳性对照间无统计差别。(3)与阴性对照相比,大剂量组肌酸激酶(CK)值明显较低。结论:黄精口服液明显提高机体抗自由基能力,而且对抑制LPO生成具有独特效力。 To investigate the effect of Huang Jing Oral Liquid on exercise performance and anti-fatigue effect, mice were given different doses of Huang Jing Oral Liquid (0.2, 0.4 ml/day, daily administration for 4 weeks, oral ginseng and water (0. 2ml/day/day were positive and negative controls, respectively, and were sacrificed after swimming for 90 minutes.Results:(1) Compared with the negative control group, Huangjing Oral Liquid significantly decreased the production of lipid peroxidation (LPO) in heart and liver, and increased the super Activity of SOD, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and blood SOD activity in a dose-dependent manner.(2) Compared with the positive control group, Huangjing Oral Liquid inhibited LPO production in heart and liver The ability was significantly increased in a dose-dependent manner, but there was no statistical difference between SOD, GSH-Px and blood SOD activity in the low-dose group and the positive control.(3) Compared with the negative control, the creatine kinase (CK) in the high-dose group The value is obviously lower.Conclusion: Huangjing Oral Liquid significantly improves the body’s ability to resist free radicals, and it has unique efficacy in inhibiting LPO production.
