基于Bezier函数叶片造型设计方法,针对AP1000核电常规岛前置泵大容量高参数的特性,提出性能优良的“正弯叶片”和“反弯叶片”两种叶片径向弯曲结构。通过CFD技术并结合试验方法对上述两种径向弯叶片的水力特性进行研究。结果表明:叶片径向弯曲使叶片负荷沿叶高重新分布是提升AP1000前置泵性能的主要因素;在设计工况下,“正弯叶片”相对于传统“直叶片”扬程提高12 m,效率提高0.6%,相对于“反弯叶片”扬程提高17 m,效率提高0.7%,满足AP1000核电机组常规岛前置泵性能提升要求。
Based on the design method of Bezier blade, aiming at the characteristics of large capacity and high parameter of conventional island forepump in AP1000 nuclear power plant, the radial bending structure of two kinds of blades with positive and negative bending is proposed. The hydraulic characteristics of the above two kinds of radial curved blades are studied by CFD technology and the test method. The results show that the radial bending of the blade makes the blade redistribution along the leaf height is the main factor to improve the performance of the AP1000 pre-pump. Under the condition of design, the positive bending blade is increased compared with the traditional straight blade 12 m, 0.6% higher efficiency, 17 m higher than the “anti-bending blade” lift and 0.7% higher efficiency, meeting the performance improvement requirements of the conventional island forepump of the AP1000 nuclear power plant.
