以不同砧型的弧形砧为研究对象,利用Deform-3D有限元模拟软件对车轴锻件的拔长过程进行了数值模拟研究,分析了不同砧型的弧形砧对拔长效率的影响。研究表明:随着弧形砧的圆弧半径R减小、圆弧所对应的圆心角θ增大,拔长效率增加,所需的最大锻造力也增大。相同工况下,使用带预成形段型弧形砧比使用普通弧形砧对设备的吨位要求更低,且能保持较高的拔长效率,适用范围更广。
Taking the different anvil arched anvil as the research object, the numerical simulation of the process of the forging of the shaft was carried out by using the Deform-3D finite element simulation software, and the effect of different anvil arches on the drawing efficiency was analyzed. The results show that as the arc radius R of the arc anvil decreases, the central angle θ corresponding to the arc increases, and the drawing efficiency increases and the maximum forging force required also increases. Under the same conditions, the use of pre-shaped arc-shaped anvil than ordinary curved anvil on the tonnage of equipment requirements lower, and can maintain a higher pull efficiency, a wider range of applications.
