本零件是内燃机滑油冷却器的扁管内片,每台产品需要配用千余件,材料是镍白铜(B19),厚度t=0.25(图1)。每个零件由35档相同尺寸的单元组成。从制造工艺分析,加工方式属于切口与成形。一、过去生产方法的概况该零件过去在曲柄压床上用模具冲压而成。模具的上模与下模最初是制成整块的,制造很困量,使用效果也不好。冲出的零件毛刺多,尺寸不符合图纸要求。后来虽然进行了改进,上模与下模做成叠片式结构(图2),制造与返修都转为方便,但零件尺寸仍达不到要
