目的:探讨多索茶碱与氨茶碱治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:收治支气管哮喘患者200例,分为氨茶碱组和多索茶碱组,比较两组治疗效果。结果:在多索茶碱组,第1秒用力呼气容积、肺活量、1 s用力呼吸量占肺活量的百分比、呼气峰流速和总有效率均显著优于氨茶碱组(P<0.05)。结论:多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘的疗效明显优于氨茶碱。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of doxofylline and aminophylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods: 200 cases of patients with bronchial asthma were divided into aminophylline group and doxofylline group. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results: In the doxofylline group, forced expiratory volume in 1 second, vital capacity, forced respiration rate in 1 s as a percentage of vital capacity, peak expiratory flow rate and total effective rate were significantly better than those in aminophylline group (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Doxofylline is superior to aminophylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma.
