目的调查高校图书馆员的心理健康状况并分析探讨应对策略。方法采用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)对75名图书馆员进行测量并与国内常模比较,分析不同工龄、年龄和学历对高校图书馆员心理状况的影响。结果高校图书馆员的SCL-90各因子分高于国内常模,其中躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁及焦虑等因子分差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。工作10 a以上馆员的躯体化、抑郁和焦虑等因子分明显高于10 a以下的馆员(P<0.05);40岁以上馆员的躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁和偏执等因子分明显高于40岁以下的馆员(P<0.05);高学历(硕士和博士)馆员的抑郁和敌对因子得分明显高于本科及本科以下馆员(P<0.05)。结论高校图书馆员心理健康状况存在一些问题,主要表现在负性情绪、躯体化症状及人际关系等方面,且与馆员工龄、年龄和学历有一定联系。高校管理者应予以高度重视,采取有效措施促进高校图书馆员的心理健康。
Objective To investigate the mental health status of university librarians and analyze and discuss the coping strategies. Methods Ninety self-rating Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) were used to measure 75 librarians and compared with the national norm to analyze the influence of different length of service, age and education on the psychological status of college librarians. Results The scores of SCL-90 in college librarians were higher than those in other countries. There was significant difference in somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety (P <0.05). The scores of somatization, depression and anxiety of the librarians above 10 years of work were significantly higher than those of librarians below 10 years (P <0.05). Factors such as somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and paranoid were obviously observed in librarians aged 40 and above (P <0.05). The score of depression and hostility factor of highly educated (master and doctoral) librarians was significantly higher than that of undergraduates and undergraduates (P <0.05). Conclusion There are some problems in the mental health status of college librarians, mainly in the aspects of negative emotions, somatization symptoms and interpersonal relationships, and have some connection with the staff age, age and academic qualifications. University administrators should attach great importance to take effective measures to promote the mental health of university librarians.
