听说能力作为人的主要技能之一,对个体的社会化发展具有重要作用,无论从语言习得的关键期,还是从小学生的年龄特征出发,在小学语文教学中,都要培养学生认真倾听、学会表达的习惯和能力。有良好习惯的倾听者,当别人发言时,能主动专心地听、能用心理解接收到的信息;有良好习惯的表达者,能在有效倾听别人的基础上,能用语言清楚、有条理地表达思考过程,有话可说,有信心说。教师则要营造良好的“听说”氛围,激发学生“听说”欲望;组织多样化的教学活动与训练,提高学生“所说”能力;建立多元评价体系,促进学生“听说”能力的发展。让学生学会倾听,爱上表达,做高效课堂的主人。
