本文报告了对猪布鲁氏菌病疫区阳性母猪后代感染猪布鲁氏菌病的血清抗体检测和细菌分离结果:6个月龄内15窝63头阳性母猪的后代,有13头出现SAT阳性,占21%。未吃初乳的仔猪血清学和细菌学检验均阴性。喂乳后7~15天龄的7头仔猪SAT均阳性,滴度达1:100~1:200,有5头CFT阳性,另外2头布鲁氏菌分离阴性。喂乳后由母猪带养的30~50天龄的20头仔猪8头出现低滴度的血清凝集反应。断奶后与母猪同栏饲养的2~3个月的仔猪23头,SAT、CFT、RBPT三种血清学检验均为阴性。6个月龄的2头同一窝阳性后代猪,断奶后与母猪同栏饲养,SAT和CFT均阳性,且分离出布鲁氏菌2株,经初步鉴定为猪种布鲁氏菌第Ⅲ生物型;而断奶后与母猪隔离饲养的7头,仅有2头SAT低滴度反应,CFT、RBPT均阴性。
This paper reports the detection of serum antibodies to Brucella brucellosis in pigs infected with Brucellosis from pigs in the outbreak of swine fever and the results of bacterial isolation: 13 offspring of 63 sows positive in 15 litters within 6 months of age SAT positive, accounting for 21%. Serum and bacteriological tests of piglets that did not eat colostrum were negative. Seven piglets aged 7-15 days after feeding were positive for SAT (titer 1: 100-1: 200) with 5 CFT positives and 2 other Brucella isolates. Low-titer serum agglutination occurred in 8 heads of 20 piglets aged 30 to 50 days fed by sows after feeding. Twenty-three piglets of 2 to 3 months were kept in the same column with weaning pigs after weaning, all three serological tests including SAT, CFT and RBPT were negative. Two pigs of 6 months old with the same litter were kept in the same column with the sow after weaning. Both SAT and CFT were positive, and 2 strains of Brucella were isolated. The preliminary identification was Brucella Ⅲ Biotype. However, there were only 2 SAT low titers in 7 of them isolated from sows after weaning, with negative CFT and RBPT.
