本文简述了在上世纪(1960~1990)年代煤、电紧缺情况下的冬灌夏用措施。该方法在夏天以冬灌的深井水为冷源,可以实现工作环境的空调。为了适应当前城市职能转变,直接采用“冬灌夏用”方法,已不合适。然而,可运用“机冷打底,井水填峰”的原理,合理地使用低温深井水冷源来削减夏季的高峰用电。在冬季缩短回灌期,减少冬灌量和夏季抽水量,并用机械制冷进行夜间蓄冷灌井来补充白天的高峰用冷,可以实现削减用电高峰的目的。
This article briefly describes the measures of winter irrigation and summer irrigation under the condition of shortage of coal and electricity in the last century (1960-1990). The method uses winter irrigation of deep well water as a cold source in the summer, and can realize the air conditioning in the working environment. In order to adapt to the current changes in urban functions, direct use of “winter irrigation summer” method, it is not appropriate. However, the principle of “cold bottoming and well filling” can be used to rationally use low temperature and deep well water cooling sources to reduce summer peak electricity consumption. Shortening the recharge period in winter, reducing the amount of winter irrigation and summer pumping, and using mechanical cooling for cold storage at night to supplement the peak daytime cooling with daylight cooling can reduce the peak of electricity consumption.
