用乙二胺作模板剂 ,在水热体系中合成了磷酸铝分子筛 Al PO4- 12 .考察了反应混合物的初始 p H值和乙二胺用量对产物结晶相的影响 .产品的化学组成与文献值吻合 .用 XRD、SEM、IR、DTA、化学分析和吸附等方法 ,对样品进行了表征及物化性能的研究 .用丙酸与正丁醇的酯化为典型反应 ,考察了 Al PO4- 12分子筛的催化性能 .实验结果表明 ,Al PO4- 12具有良好的吸附性能、很高的热稳定性 (骨架倒塌温度为 997.6℃ )和较好的酯化活性 .
Using ethylenediamine as templating agent, aluminum phosphate molecular sieve Al PO4- 12 was synthesized in hydrothermal system.The effects of the initial p H value of the reaction mixture and ethylenediamine dosage on the crystalline phase of the product were investigated. XRD, SEM, IR, DTA, chemical analysis and adsorption were used to characterize the samples and their physico-chemical properties.The esterification of propionic acid with n-butanol was investigated as a typical reaction and the effects of Al PO4-12 The experimental results show that Al PO4-12 has good adsorption properties, high thermal stability (skeleton collapse temperature of 997.6 ℃) and good esterification activity.
