为了更合理地设计平面转弯带式输送机,讨论了带式输送机满载状态下在转弯段的受力状态,建立了其三维力学模型,利用坐标变换的方法对水平转弯段胶带和物料所受的重力、托辊的支撑反力及托辊与带相对运动产生的摩擦力进行了分析,在此基础上建立了胶带在转弯段的径向力和切向力平衡方程,并讨论了影响带式输送机平面转弯运行的因素,为设计平面转弯带式输送机提供了重要的理论依据。
In order to design the plane turning belt conveyor more reasonably, the stress state of the belt conveyor under the full load condition is discussed, and the three-dimensional mechanical model is established. The coordinate transformation method is applied to the horizontal bending section tapes and materials The supporting force of the roller and the friction force between the roller and the relative movement of the belt were analyzed. On the basis of the analysis, the equilibrium equations of the radial force and the tangential force of the adhesive tape during turning were established. The factors of plane conveyor belt turning operation provide important theoretical basis for the design of plane turning belt conveyor.
