目的观察人骨肉瘤细胞系OS-732诱导微血管生成的解剖显微结构及超微结构特点。方法应用鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜模型,通过解剖显微镜、光镜及透射电镜观察该细胞系诱导生成微血管的解剖显微结构及超微结构特点。结果OS-732细胞系具有较强的诱导血管生成能力,解剖显微镜下可见血管辐辏现象,透射电镜下可见新生血管壁由单层内皮细胞构成,内皮细胞裂隙增宽,基底膜不完整,缺乏平滑肌成分。结论肿瘤诱导的新生血管在病理、生理及形态功能方面都具有特征性,以血管为靶点治疗骨肉瘤对改善预后可能具有重要意义。
Objective To observe the anatomic and ultrastructural features of human osteosarcoma cell line OS-732 induced by micro-angiogenesis. Methods The chick chorioallantoic membrane model was established. The anatomic and ultrastructural characteristics of microvessels induced by this cell line were observed by means of dissecting microscope, light microscope and transmission electron microscope. Results The OS-732 cell line had a strong ability of inducing angiogenesis. The vascular coherence was observed under a dissecting microscope. Under the transmission electron microscope, the neovascularization wall consisted of monolayer endothelial cells. The endothelial cell gap was widened, the basement membrane was incomplete, ingredient. Conclusion Tumor-induced neovascularization is characteristic in pathology, physiology and morphological function. Treatment of osteosarcoma with vascular target may be of great significance in improving prognosis.
