从人参果中提取的水溶性粗多糖经纸层析(P·C)和气相色谱分析(G·C)表明此粗多糖组成为:阿拉伯糖(Ara)、鼠李糖(Rha)、木糖(Xy1)、半乳糖醛酸(GalA)、半乳糖(Gal)和葡萄糖(Glc),其摩尔比为: 5.5:8:0.6:4:15.1:6.4。 粗多糖经酸性乙醇分级得4个级份:P_1,P_2,P_3和P_4。其中P_1只含葡萄糖和微量的半孔糖醛酸和半乳糖;P_2,P_3,P_4则含有Ara,Rha,Xy1,GalA,Gal,Glc,只是摩尔比不同,分子量也不相同。 动物实验又证明了人参果粗多糖无毒性。
The water-soluble crude polysaccharides extracted from ginseng fruit showed that the crude polysaccharides were composed of Ara, Rha, xylose (xylose) and xylose (xylose) by paper chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography Xy1, GalA, Gal and Glc in a molar ratio of 5.5: 8: 0.6: 4: 15.1: 6.4. Crude polysaccharides were classified into four fractions by acidic ethanol: P_1, P_2, P_3 and P_4. Among them, P_1 contained only glucose and trace amounts of half-pore uronic acid and galactose; P_2, P_3 and P_4 contained Ara, Rha, Xy1, GalA, Gal and Glc, but with different molar ratios and different molecular weights. Animal experiments have proved that ginseng fruit polysaccharide non-toxic.
