用交流阻抗(EIS)技术研究了硫脲和溴化十六烷基吡啶在复配前后对含H2S薄层液膜下16Mn钢的缓蚀行为.结果表明,硫脲和溴化十六烷基吡啶分别都表现出一定的缓蚀效果,复配后具有缓蚀协同效应,存在一个最佳缓蚀浓度极值和一个最佳缓蚀浓度比.对交流阻抗行为进行了解释和讨论.
The corrosion inhibition behavior of thiourea and cetyl pyridinium bromide on the 16Mn steel with thin film of H2S before and after compounding was studied by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results showed that the inhibition of thiourea and cetyl bromide Pyridine showed a certain corrosion inhibition effect respectively, and had a synergistic effect of corrosion inhibition after compounding, and there was an optimum corrosion inhibition concentration and an optimal corrosion inhibition concentration ratio. The AC impedance behavior was explained and discussed.
