目的:应用激光散斑成像技术观察补肾活血中药对实验性糖尿病大鼠肾脏皮层血流值的影响。方法:将高糖高脂饲料联合链脲佐菌素诱导的实验性糖尿病大鼠20只,按血糖分为模型组和治疗组,每组10只,分别予生理盐水(10 m L/kg)、补肾活血中药煎剂(6.7 m L/kg),另取10只正常大鼠为正常组(生理盐水10 m L/kg)。连续灌胃8周后,观察各组大鼠肾脏皮层血流值。结果:模型组大鼠肾脏皮层血流值(338.55±28.55)明显高于正常组(239.27±33.27)(P<0.01);补肾活血中药组大鼠肾脏皮层血流值(247.63±11.49)明显低于模型组(338.55±28.55)(P<0.01);补肾活血中药组大鼠肾脏皮层血流值(247.63±11.49)较正常组(239.27±33.27)比较没有差异(P>0.05)。结论:实验性糖尿病大鼠肾脏损害的早期表现可能为肾脏皮层血流值增加,补肾活血中药能降低实验性糖尿病大鼠肾脏皮层血流值,其防治糖尿病肾病的机制可能与降低肾脏皮层血流值从而改善肾脏微循环有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue Chinese medicine on cortical blood flow in experimental diabetic rats by laser speckle imaging. Methods: Twenty diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin (STZ) and high glucose were divided into model group and treatment group with 10 rats in each group, which were treated with normal saline (10 m L / kg) , Bushen Huoxue Decoction (6.7 m L / kg), and another 10 normal rats as normal group (saline 10 m L / kg). After continuous gavage for 8 weeks, the renal cortical blood flow was observed in each group. Results: The renal cortical blood flow (338.55 ± 28.55) in the model group was significantly higher than that in the normal group (239.27 ± 33.27) (P <0.01); the renal cortex blood flow in the Bushen Huoxue recipe group was significantly lower (247.63 ± 11.49) (338.55 ± 28.55) in the model group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the renal cortical blood flow between Bushen Huoxue recipe group (247.63 ± 11.49) and normal group (239.27 ± 33.27) (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The early renal damage in experimental diabetic rats may be due to the increase of renal cortical blood flow. Bushen Huoxue Decoction can reduce the renal cortical blood flow in experimental diabetic rats. The mechanism of prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy may be associated with decreased renal cortical blood flow Value to improve renal microcirculation.
