本文用ELISA间接法对145例麻疹密切接触者接触初期和后期双份滤纸血进行了IgG测定。对感染前ELISA IgG滴度与麻疹感染的关系进行了观察,结果表明,感染前IgG水平越高,显性感染率越低,<1:200和1:200组显性感染率分别为11.76%和11.49%,≥1:800者未见显性感染。隐性感染率也表现出同样的规律,1:3200者隐性感染率仅为16.67%。由此认为、麻疹ELISA IgG 1:800为显性感染保护滴度,1:3200为完全保护滴度。
In this paper, ELISA indirect method for 145 cases of close contacts of measles contact with early and late double filter paper blood IgG determination. The relationship between pre-infection ELISA IgG titers and measles infection was observed. The results showed that the higher the pre-infection IgG level, the lower the dominant infection rate. The dominant infection rates in the 1: 200 and 1: 200 groups were 11.76% And 11.49%, ≥1: 800, no dominant infection. Recessive infection rate also showed the same pattern, 1: 3200, the latent infection rate was only 16.67%. Therefore, measles ELISA IgG 1: 800 for the dominant infection to protect the titer, 1: 3200 for the complete protection of titer.
