棉秆皮制备化纤用浆粕的第一道工序为预水解处理,目的是破坏棉秆皮纤维的初生壁,使富含纤维素的次生壁暴露出来,在降低半纤维素含量、提高半料α-纤维素含量的同时提高其化学加工时的反应能力。采用的方法是在高温高压条件下,对棉秆皮原料进行预水解处理。通过正交试验获得预水解处理最优工艺参数为:浴比1∶5、保温时间90 min、保温温度110℃。
