在YSH-G型油中高含水监测仪的标定过程中,应用DTS石油含水电脱分析仪进行分析,具有简单方便的特点。但若不注意其使用方法,就会造成较大的人为误差。本文就其使用方法加以探讨,采用齿轮泵使油水混合液通过管线在含水仪中循环,用绝对配比、相对配比两种标定方法对含水仪进行标定。讨论了两种标定方法的优缺点。并通过实验阐述了DTS石油含水电脱分析仪在原油含水率化验分析方面的应用。
In the YSH-G-type oil in the calibration of high water content monitor, the application of DTS oil-water analyzer for analysis, with simple and convenient features. But if you do not pay attention to its use, it will cause greater human error. In this paper, the use of methods to be explored, the use of gear pump oil and water mixture through the pipeline circulating in the water meter, with absolute ratio, the relative ratio of the two calibration methods for water meter calibration. The advantages and disadvantages of the two calibration methods are discussed. The experiment also expounds the application of DTS petroleum water desorption analyzer in the analysis of crude oil moisture content.
