利用手性镧系位移试剂Eu(TFC)3的作用,测定萘普生甲酯化衍生物的1HNMR谱来确定萘普生对映体相对含量。在样品浓度为0.17mol/L,位移试剂和被测样品摩尔比为0.318附近时,定量信号峰COOCH3的对映体化学位移差值Δ(Δδ)为5.4Hz。平均回收率100.8%,RSD为1.31%(n=4)。
Using the chiral lanthanide shift reagent Eu (TFC) 3, the naproxen methyl ester derivatives 1H-NMR spectra were determined to determine the relative content of naproxen enantiomers. When the sample concentration is 0.17mol / L and the molar ratio of the displacement reagent to the sample to be tested is around 0.318, the difference Δ (Δδ) of the chemical shift of the quantitation signal peak COOCH3 is 5.4Hz. The average recovery was 100.8% with a RSD of 1.31% (n = 4).
