河北省太行山山前平原区,土壤肥沃,光热条件好,且有保浇条件,是我省小麦玉米高产区。但近年来由于品种多乱杂,地下水超采,粗肥及磷肥投入不足等原因,出现了劳动生产率低,经济效益不高,土壤肥力下降,产量徘徊的被动局面。对此,省农科院粮油作物研究所粮田高效种植模式课题组,综合运用已有成果,研究总结出了冬小麦、夏玉米上下两茬三省(省工、省肥、省水)、三高(高产、高效益、提高土壤肥力)的六项配套技术。经在无极、高邑、赵县、沙河等县市示范种植,两茬合计亩产达900公斤以上,有的地块过吨。在保定以北的定兴县示范,亩产612公斤,比一般大田增产51.2公斤。在邯郸以南的临漳县示范,亩产812公斤,比一般大田增产132公斤。其六项配套技术是:

After demonstration in Promise, Gaoyi County, Zhao County, Shahe and other cities and counties, the total output of the two stubbles reached more than 900 kilograms, and some of the plots crossed tons. In Dingxing County north of Baoding demonstration, yielding 612 kilograms, 51.2 kilograms more than the average field increase. Linzhang County south of Handan demonstration, mu 812 kilograms, 132 kilograms more than the average field. The six supporting technologies are:
