为了研究石榴皮总多酚渗漉提取工艺,试验采用四因素三水平的正交试验,考察最佳提取工艺的稳定性,用4种方法比较6种不同产地石榴皮中总多酚的含量。结果表明:石榴皮粉碎度为中粉、乙醇用量为10倍、渗漉速度为1 m L/min、浸泡时间为24 h的提取效果最好,且稳定可靠;在此条件下提取,安徽产石榴皮中总多酚的含量最高,新疆产石榴皮最低;与超声法、微波法、回流法比较,渗漉法能显著提高石榴皮总多酚的提取率(P<0.05)。说明通过此最佳工艺能提高石榴皮的利用率,为制药工业降低生产成本提供一定的理论依据。
In order to study the total polyphenols percolation extraction process of pomegranate peel, four levels and three levels of orthogonal experiment were used to study the stability of the optimum extraction process. The contents of total polyphenols in pomegranate peel of six different producing areas were compared by four methods. The results showed that the crushing degree of pomegranate peel was medium powder, the amount of ethanol was 10 times, the percolation rate was 1 m L / min and the soaking time was 24 h, the extraction effect was the best, and was stable and reliable. The content of total polyphenols was the highest in pomegranate peel and the lowest in pomegranate peel in Xinjiang. Compared with ultrasonic method, microwave method and refluxing method, percolation method could significantly improve the extraction rate of total polyphenols (P <0.05). This shows that through this best technology can improve the utilization of pomegranate peel, for the pharmaceutical industry to reduce production costs provide a theoretical basis.
