本文阐述了1Cr13半精锻动叶片形变热处理的试验条件、方法和结果,以及把这一新工艺用于生产所采取的措施。试验和生产的结果表明,采取形变热处理这一新工艺,不仅能满足该叶片的技术要求,而且在质量上还使其高于以锻后进行调质的老工艺制造的产品。并在生产中采取了有效措施,保证了新工艺的正确贯彻,使得采用这一新工艺生产的叶片质量稳定。由于摒弃了原调质中的淬火工序,从而简化了生产流程,节约了能源,降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益。
This article describes the experimental conditions, methods and results of 1Cr13 semi-precision forging blade heat treatment, as well as the measures taken to produce this new technology. The results of the tests and the production showed that the new heat treatment process was not only able to meet the technical requirements of the blade, but also made it higher in quality than the products made by the old process after quenching and tempering. And in the production of effective measures taken to ensure the correct implementation of the new technology, making use of this new technology to produce leaves of stable quality. Due to abandon the quenching process in the original quenched and tempered, thus simplifying the production process, saving energy, reducing production costs and improve economic efficiency.
