介绍了利用PTC Creo Parametric 2.0进行数控编程与仿真加工的基本过程,分析了某型工程机械中臂杆零件的特点。以臂杆压铸模的上模为例,研究了利用PTC Creo Parametric 2.0“制造”模块中的“NC装配”组件进行压铸模数控编程与仿真加工的具体步骤,指出了“制造环境”的设置是整个数控仿真加工过程中的关键所在,并阐述了利用Creo进行仿真加工所具有的独特优势。
The basic process of NC programming and simulation machining using PTC Creo Parametric 2.0 is introduced. The characteristics of the arm components in a certain type of construction machinery are analyzed. Taking the upper die of the arm die casting mold as an example, the concrete steps of NC programming and simulation processing of the die casting mold using the “NC assembly” of PTC Creo Parametric 2.0 “manufacturing ” module are studied. Environment "setting is the key to the entire NC simulation process and illustrates the unique advantages of using Creo for simulation.
