基于某汽车发动机水泵轴连轴承与法兰过盈配合结构的承载及强度要求,通过理论计算确定初始过盈量的取值范围,并考虑温度及转速的影响对过盈量进行了修正。此外采用有限元法对该过盈结构的变形、等效应力及接触压力进行了分析。研究表明:由于该轴连轴承与法兰的尺寸及转速都较小,故其离心力对过盈量的影响可以忽略不计;法兰接触区两端边缘处存在明显的应力集中现象,因此需考虑其对结构强度的影响进而对最大过盈量进行修正,最终过盈量的合理范围为0.013~0.023mm。
Based on the bearing and strength requirements of an automobile engine water pump shaft bearing and flange with interference fit structure, the range of initial interference is determined through theoretical calculation, and the interference is corrected considering the influence of temperature and speed. In addition, the deformation, equivalent stress and contact pressure of the interference structure were analyzed by finite element method. The research shows that the centrifugal force has negligible influence on the interference due to the small size and speed of the bearing and flange. The stress concentration at the both ends of the flange contact area is obvious, so it needs to consider Its influence on the structural strength and then the maximum interference correction, the final interference reasonable range of 0.013 ~ 0.023mm.
