小径管椭圆透照在极限透照厚度区域附近焊缝影像由于底片黑度无法满足规程要求形成漏检区域,而该区域是缺陷易发部位,针对无法多次透照予以弥补的现状,通过非对称透照、改善透照工艺实现其检测,从理论上给出其可行性。实际检验结果表明,透照厚度选择合理、针对工艺措施得当,该区域及其附近根部、中部一定大小缺陷能够检出,从而为特殊位置的射线检测提供了可借鉴的经验。
