制动计算是列车制动系统设计的关键步骤之一。文章分析了UIC规程、BS EN标准和铁标中有关制动计算的相关内容,从制动力计算、制动能力评估、制动距离计算等方面比较了三个标准的异同点。采用VC++开发了可满足3个标准的制动计算软件,进行不同制动方式组合和不同载荷下的紧急制动和驻车制动计算,并可对单车、单轴进行黏着校核,计算结果能够以图表的方式输出并自动生成制动计算报告。最后以2M8T的动车组为例介绍了制动计算软件的实际应用情况。
Braking calculation is one of the key steps in train braking system design. The paper analyzes the relevant contents of UIC regulation, BS EN standard and iron standard about brake calculation, and compares the similarities and differences of the three standards from the aspects of braking force evaluation, braking capability evaluation and braking distance calculation.
