平舆县李屯乡大力发展革胡子鲇庭院养殖取得可喜成绩。目前,全乡养殖户发展到2900多户,养殖面积6万多平方米,每户平均养殖面积20多平方米。今年6月中旬投放革胡子鲇苗80多万尾,经过两个月的饲养,平均个体已达400～450克,长势喜人。预计1994年10月份平均个体可达0.75公斤,总产可达60万公斤,产值500万元,他们的具体做法是:
