目的 本研究探讨磁驱动主动脉内轴流泵动物体内植入手术-“田氏”植入法及实验结果。方法选取家猪33头,全麻后开胸手术暴露胸降主动脉和心脏。在降主动脉侧壁作切口与26-mm Da-cron人造血管行端-侧吻合,然后通过人造血管将轴流泵推入升主动脉,环绕结扎动脉内轴流泵。结果随着动脉内轴流泵转速的增加,左心室的收缩期峰值压和平均压力逐步下降。动脉及心室压力与转速的关系。当达到10000 rpm转速时,左心室内压力可降为零。结论左心功能可被动脉内轴流泵替代,揭示动脉内轴流泵具有可行性。“田氏”植入手术是一种简单可行的植入技术。
OBJECTIVE: This study was to investigate the implanting technique of magnetic-driven intra-aortic axial-flow pump in vivo - “Tian’s” implantation and experimental results. Methods Selected domestic pig 33, thoracotomy after general anesthesia exposed thoracic aorta and heart. The side of the descending aorta was incision made to end-to-side anastomosis with a 26-mm Da-cron vascular graft, and then the axial pump was pushed into the ascending aorta through the artificial blood vessel, and the ligated axial artery pump was ligation. Results With the increase of rotational speed of axial artery pump, the peak systolic pressure and average pressure of left ventricle decreased gradually. Relationship between Arterial and Ventricular Pressure and Rotational Speed. When the speed reaches 10000 rpm, the pressure in the left ventricle can be reduced to zero. Conclusions Left ventricular function can be replaced by intra-arterial axial pump, which reveals the feasibility of intra-arterial axial pump. “Tian’s” implant surgery is a simple and feasible implantation technique.
