为了深入探讨吸附式压气机试验方法,简要介绍国内外吸附式压气机叶栅试验和全尺寸部件级试验研究现状和成果。通过解析大流量气体抽吸和大流量气体测量2项吸附式风扇/压气机试验关键技术,并结合已有吸附式叶栅试验成果,实现在现有压气机试验器上开展全尺寸吸附式压气机试验研究,并完成阶段试验。试验结果表明:增加真空泵组进行大流量气体抽吸,能够在现有压气机试验器上完成全尺寸吸附式风扇/压气机部件试验。为了提高试验效率、节省试验资源,针对全尺寸部件级吸附式压气机试验研究,给出进一步结合吸附式叶栅试验结果完成对比试验的建议。
In order to deeply discuss the experimental method of adsorption compressor, the present situation and achievements of the research on adsorption cascade test and full-scale part-level test at home and abroad are briefly introduced. By analyzing the key technologies of two adsorption fan / compressor tests for large-flow gas suction and large-flow gas measurement, and combined with the existing adsorption cascade test results, the full-scale adsorption gas compression Machine test research, and complete the phase test. The experimental results show that increasing the vacuum pump group for large flow gas suction can complete the full-scale suction fan / compressor assembly test on the existing compressor tester. In order to improve the test efficiency and save the test resources, a proposal of further comparison test based on the adsorption cascade test results is given for the experimental study of the full-scale component-level adsorption compressor.
