现代一些电子技术(如空间通信等)都需要一个频谱极纯,也即相位噪声极低的微波信号源。一些文献已证实,锁相振荡是改善相位噪声的有效措施。本文讨论了微波锁相振荡器相位噪声的一些特性,包括:相位噪声与锁相环电路方式的关系、最佳噪声带宽的推导、信号射频谱与相位噪声谱的关系等;详细讨论了相位噪声的测量方法(射频频谱法),并对五种C波段微波源相位噪声的测量结果,进行了分析和讨论。
Some modern electronic technologies (such as space communications, etc.) require a very pure spectrum, which is very low phase noise microwave signal source. Some documents have confirmed that phase-locked oscillation is an effective measure to improve the phase noise. In this paper, some characteristics of the phase noise of PLL are discussed, including the relationship between the phase noise and the PLL circuit, the derivation of the best noise bandwidth, the relationship between the RF spectrum and the phase noise spectrum, etc. The phase noise (RF spectrum method), and the measurement results of the phase noise of five C-band microwave sources were analyzed and discussed.
