通过对锻模的工作条件及失效分析 ,提出了提高 AMP50— XL精锻机用系列锻模寿命的研究方案及途径。研制了新型模具材料 CH95,并制定了其最佳热处理工艺及合理的离子氮化。经生产上应用表明 :用 CH95钢制造锻模使用寿命比用 H11钢制造锻模和随机进口的 3Cr3Mo3Co3V钢锻模的使用寿命分别提高 5倍以上和 1倍以上
Based on the working conditions and failure analysis of forging die, the research programs and ways to improve the life of series forging die for AMP50-XL are presented. Developed a new mold material CH95, and developed its best heat treatment process and reasonable ion nitriding. The production application shows that: the service life of forging die made of CH95 steel is higher than that of using forged die made of H11 steel and that of imported 3Cr3Mo3Co3V steel die by 5 times or more and 1 times respectively
