如何看待知识创新工程,又如何实施?中科院大连化物所是最先进入试点的单位之一,回顾两年所走过的改革之路,他们的亲身经历证明只有改革才有出路,创新还要敢于实践。中科院大连化物所成立于1949年3月。经过50年的发展,这个所已经成为一个基础与应用研究并重、具有较强开发能力、以承担国家重大项目为主的综合性的化学化工类研究所。1998年8月中科院党组确定大化所作为知识创新工程试点工作的首批启动单位,进行以所为单元的试点工作。两年来该所在科研、高技术产业、后勤服务以及行政管理等方面进行了全方位、一系列深层次改革,各项工作取得明显进展。改革后大连化物所的工作总体上可划分为三大块,即研究工作,高技术产业以及后勤服务体系。尽管这三块工作都是大连化物所的事业,但是每一块工作他们都是按照符合各自发展规律的机制去运行的,而不是按照一个模式,一个机制去运行。比如说对高技术产业公司
