锅炉过热器联箱的15XM合金钢管过去是用手工焊接的。为了适应生产大跃进的需要,我们进行了自动焊试验。试验时所用设备为焊头,在专用的滚轮架上进行,滚轮架是利用电动机带动。试验材料是直径325公厘,壁厚40公厘的合金钢管。焊缝坡口为U形(见图),以保证熔深。距焊缝20公厘以内的管身外表面,焊接前用風动砂轮将铁绣、油污等徹底清除,使表面露出金属光泽。为了保证焊缝金属与基本金属有相同的化学成分,选用CB-12MX焊丝,直径为2公厘。试验时
The 15XM alloy pipe of the boiler superheater header was once manually welded. In order to meet the needs of the Great Leap Forward, we conducted an automatic welding test.
