目的:优化羊肚菌胞外多糖的活性炭脱色工艺。方法:以脱色率和多糖保留率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验对活性炭脱色工艺进行优化。结果:活性炭脱色的最佳条件为:活性炭用量为2%、温度为50℃、pH值为5、脱色时间为60 min,在此条件下,色素的脱除率为88.9%,多糖的保留率为84.3%。结论:该脱色方法简便、易行,适用于羊肚菌胞外多糖的脱色。
Objective: To optimize the decolorization process of extracellular polysaccharides of Morchella. Methods: Taking decolorization rate and polysaccharide retention rate as indexes, on the basis of single factor experiment, the orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the decolorization technology of activated carbon. Results: The optimal conditions for the decolorization of activated carbon were as follows: the amount of activated carbon was 2%, the temperature was 50 ℃, the pH value was 5 and the decolorization time was 60 min. Under this condition, the removal rate of pigment was 88.9% 84.3%. Conclusion: The decolorization method is simple and easy to perform, suitable for the decolorization of extracellular polysaccharide of Morchella.
