目的通过品管圈活动,降低门诊药房调剂差错率,提升窗口服务形象。方法通过品管圈活动的实施,分析对比,找出发药错误的原因,同时制定相应的对策进行改善,最后进行前后结果的比较,找出品管圈实施后发生的优势和效果。结果通过对比发现,在实施品管圈后,门诊药房的调剂出错概率大大降低,同时通过全员的共同努力,不但提高了药房工作人员的个人能力,同时也提高了团队协作能力。结论由于品管圈在门诊药房的实施,降低了药房的调配出错率,同时提升了全部圈员的自我约束能力,最终提高门诊药房的窗口服务形象。
Objective To reduce the error rate of outpatient pharmacy dispensing and improve the image of window service through quality control circle activities. Methods Through the implementation of quality control circle activities, the author analyzes and contrasts the causes of errors in delivery and at the same time formulates the corresponding countermeasures to improve and finally compares the results before and after to find out the advantages and effects that occur after the quality control circle is implemented. The results of the comparison found that after the implementation of quality control loop, outpatient pharmacy transfer error greatly reduced the probability of failure, at the same time through the joint efforts of all staff, not only to improve the pharmacy staff personal capacity, but also improve the ability of team collaboration. Conclusion Due to the quality control circle’s implementation in outpatient pharmacy, the error rate of pharmacy deployment was reduced and the self-restraint ability of all circle members was improved. Finally, the service image of outpatient pharmacy window was enhanced.
