依据土壤动物体表几何形态,运动方式和分泌体表液等利于减枯降阻的基本原理,设计了一种仿生钢布兜式铲斗,它主要由钢布兜内衬和钢外壳组成。铲掘作业过程中内衬产生的蠕动、变形、撕剥、碰撞、摩擦及非光滑效应模仿了土壤动物体表的变形、非光滑特性以及与土壤的接触界面状态,而使得仿生铲斗比普通铲斗具有显著的脱土降阻性能。
