利用自制可变速摩擦热试验机对复合材料的表面温度场、摩擦系数和摩擦磨损状况进行了测试,并通过扫描电子显微镜对复合材料的表面微观形貌以及转移膜的成分进行了分析。实验结果表明:不同组分、含量的金属氧化物/PA1010复合材料的表面温升并不相同;Fe_3O_4/PA1010复合材料摩擦片摩擦因数与表面形成的转移膜有关;制动时复合材料摩擦片表面瞬时温度经历三个阶段:无反应阶段、线性升温阶段、温度缓慢变化阶段;摩擦因数的变化趋势和复合材料的玻璃态向高弹态转变的过程相对应。
The temperature field, friction coefficient and friction and wear condition of the composites were tested by a self-made variable speed tribometer. The surface morphology of the composites and the composition of the transfer film were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The experimental results show that the surface temperature rise of metal oxide / PA1010 composites with different compositions and contents are not the same. The friction coefficient of Fe 3 O 4 / PA1010 composite is related to the transfer film formed on the surface of the composite. The instantaneous temperature goes through three stages: non-reaction stage, linear temperature increase stage and slow temperature change stage. The change trend of friction coefficient corresponds to the glass transition state of the composite material.
