Social Finance(简称SoFi)自2011年在硅谷注册以来,就在价值实现与风险控制两个方面取得了巨大成功,并且在P2P网络借贷领域一直保持价值领先优势。SoFi之后,Facebook和Titter等社交媒体也纷纷推出以互联网社群为信任基础的金融服务。SoFi的成功经验表明,其以特定社交元素为基础的商业模式及风险控制方式有独特之处,值得分析和借鉴。
Since its registration in Silicon Valley in 2011, Social Finance (SoFi) has achieved great success both in terms of value realization and risk control, and has maintained its value leadership in P2P online lending. After SoFi, social media such as Facebook and Titter have also launched financial services based on the trust of the Internet community. The successful experience of SoFi shows that its business model and risk control methods based on specific social elements are unique and worthy of analysis and reference.
