随着房地产开发规模日益扩大 ,房地产开发企业资金占用量也随之增长 ,我国房地产企业资产负债率普遍偏高。对房地产开发企业高负债成因及利弊进行分析 ,并从企业资产负债合理性的角度阐述开发企业融资问题。
With the increasing scale of real estate development, real estate development enterprises also increase the amount of funds occupied, China’s real estate assets and liabilities generally high. This paper analyzes the causes and advantages and disadvantages of high debt of real estate development enterprises, and expounds the financing problem of developing enterprises from the perspective of enterprise assets and liabilities rationality.
