山区高等级公路路堤填筑需要大量土石,如果利用粉煤灰填筑,可实现减轻路堤自重、大量消耗工业固体废弃物的目的。为保证粉煤灰路堤具有规定的强度,有必要分析粉煤灰路堤的强度影响因素,为粉煤灰高填方路堤设计、施工提供技术指导。该文采用相关室内、外试验分析了压实度、含水率对粉煤灰及其粉煤灰路堤各强度指标的影响。研究结果表明,压实度和含水率对路基强度影响显著。为保证路基强度,必须在施工过程中提高压实度,并保证粉煤灰路堤具有良好的排水措施和效果。
The embankment of high-grade highway in mountainous area needs a large amount of earth and stone. If fly ash is used for filling, the purpose of reducing the weight of embankment and consuming a large amount of industrial solid waste can be realized. In order to ensure the specified strength of fly ash embankment, it is necessary to analyze the influencing factors of fly ash embankment strength and provide technical guidance for the design and construction of fly ash high embankment. This paper analyzes the influence of compaction degree and moisture content on the strength indexes of fly ash and fly ash embankment by relevant indoor and outdoor tests. The results show that the degree of compaction and water content significantly affect the subgrade strength. In order to ensure the subgrade strength, the compaction degree must be improved during construction and the fly ash embankment should be ensured to have good drainage measures and effects.
