对原位内生Ti B2/7055铝基复合材料的微观组织和热处理特性进行了研究。结果表明,原位内生的Ti B2颗粒在基体中弥散分布,与基体界面结合良好。Ti B2/7055复合材料具有显著的时效强化行为,增强相Ti B2颗粒促进复合材料的时效析出行为,缩短硬度达到峰值的时间,热处理后硬度和抗拉强度等性能明显提高。确定了12 mass%Ti B2/7055复合材料最佳热处理制度为460℃固溶60 min,120℃时效20 h。
The in-situ TiB2 / 7055 aluminum matrix composites microstructure and heat treatment characteristics were studied. The results show that in-situ TiB2 particles disperse in the matrix and bond well with the matrix interface. Ti B2 / 7055 composites have significant aging strengthening behavior. The strengthening phase Ti B2 particles can promote the aging precipitation and shorten the time of reaching the peak hardness. The properties of hardness and tensile strength of Ti B2 / 7055 composite are obviously improved. The optimal heat treatment system of 12 mass% Ti B2 / 7055 composite was determined to be solution treatment at 460 ℃ for 60 min and aging at 120 ℃ for 20 h.
